There is no career in this company. To work with this company means you are wasting your precious time. It is one of Baniya's company, who just for their own welfare play with the career of young generation. They never follow any rule & regulations of the Govt. made for employees and always try to avoid giving benefits to the employees like bonus, PF and increment etc. If any employee ask for benefits, is kicked out by the company's owner....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety

I am so glad that i am an employee of veepee international pvt ltd. During lockdwon i got my salried on time without any deductions even i was at home and work was not going on that time, and i experienced work from home during pendemic. It is very cooperative for me thanku again.

Everything is good. Some rule are very strict fo example:- we have to come on time in morning if we late by 1 mintue we loose 100 rupess at a time. There can be some chance of flexibility. Thanks.

The work was great. The owner of our company is very nice. I got to learn a lot here.

The owner's advisors are not good. The boys were not allowed to work properly. If a customer complains, the boy is blamed without knowing the reason. The employees of Delhi know less about their physical and mental work and more about their tongue.
