1. Racism - they prefer gujarati for higher jobs 2. Only 15 leaves are allowed in a year ..no major holidays are given including gudi padwa ganesh etc. Timing is 10 to 7 from Monday to Saturday still management on daily basis enforce you to sit late 3. Current HR is not coperative. Promises many things but delivers none and very rude 4. Work culture is too bad...if you are close to directors you can have good salary, flexible timings despite having no experience/qualifications 5. Management have no manners/respects towards employees..if you are in director's cabin, you have to stand even if its been 3 hours. They don't respect even age 50+ employees..just few examples list is long 6. Basically it's a lala company..only 1 person decided everything and you are in close relation then only you can survive 7.
