Not good for personel as well as profestional growth They are treating b pharm passout as a labour Lots of employee leave the org only becouse of no increment even from last 2 -3 years.. waste of life . Even they are refused to give amount as mentioned in retension bonus..by saying that it was a typo error.

Manager like mitesh panchal and amee kanuga are worst. Make your life hell. Ask you to stay more than your working hour and Saturday Sunday also. If you are fresher than don't go to this company. Do not join bio analytical QA department. Team members like rajanikant, vipul patel and prajakta are very toxic make u feel like u are dumb.
