Dislikes

It's small scale production company. Career starting it's good opportunity but further upgradation is slow But this comments 4 years back I hope current situation will be good.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
