The only part I liked about Vedantu is that it is an Ed-Tech and striving to teach students in an innovative way.

Dislikes

The list is huge but I'll just mention some keywords to express myself. 1. Work Culture and Environment. 2. Teamwork (is the worst because of people's mindset). 3. Zero Work-Life Balance. 4. During the day these people sleep and at night they take their horses in the field to work. 5. Unprofessional Feedback Methods. 6. Close to zero Growth Opportunities. 7. 24x7 Overtime. 8. The company doesn't have a fair and transparent performance evaluation especially in discussion towards career growth. You will never have clarity why are you not getting promoted or why anyone else in your team is getting promoted.

1) unprofessional senior members 2) unethical practices 3) no work off 4) day starts at 9am ends at 10pm 5) Hefty LOP's 6) No Medical policies in practice, it is only on paper. I WAS ASKED TO RESIGN WHEN I WAS TESTED COVID POSITIVE. The HR did not support neither atleast listen to me. 7) The customers that are parents and students are given a trauma even by managers just for a sale.

There nothing best about Vedantu . All we are asked to do is fake promises to our Cx.

Very Negative work culture. Dominating TL’s . Worked till 12 0 Clock in the night. If team performance is weak , all the team members are kept in office till 10:30 pm -11 pm . No job security where initially Hr promise many things but when you’re on the floor there’s tons of T&C which we need to follow and if not you’re forced by Hierarchy to resign .
