My personal experience was horrible, I left Byjus expecting a better working environment and growth but honestly that was one of my biggest mistake in my professional career,

1. There was no fixed working time, minimum working used to be 12hours sometime it goes beyond that. 2. They commit one day off per week, but we used to get hardly a day off per month (Under the Centre Head- Mr. Supratim Ghosh. 3. We were given false promises while joining that there will 2 days off every month beginning but actually we get one and the entire month is working. 4. Except the Training Manager- Mr. Abhishek Saraf the entire management in Kolkata was so trained in demeaning, breaking confidence and using cuss works. 5. There was extreme shortage of leads and we used to be given state board leads (courses for which was not available) and were constantly bashed by the centre head to sale because we were so called "Seniors"...Read More

I have been associated with 4 leading edutech in India and the working culture (in Sales domain) is worst. Yet if you have to choos between bad and worst then always choose Byjus. The package is good, you will get fixed offs and there is a fixed structure
