They create fake culture which is friendly but at the end you know that it’s just a façade.

A company that do favouritism and pay them in lacs with less work and people who are old and work hard in company are treated like trash and are paid literally pennies.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
