In Academic Operations Job security is high. Work culture is good, proper hierarchy is being maintained. Supportive Management and good culture. Policies are still in nascent phase, many new variations are coming in, especially in HR policies. Management needs to look into the policies to make it more Employee friendly.

Work pressure and timings. No 2 days off a week. Need a breather sometimes due to hectic work culture.

1) unprofessional senior members 2) unethical practices 3) no work off 4) day starts at 9am ends at 10pm 5) Hefty LOP's 6) No Medical policies in practice, it is only on paper. I WAS ASKED TO RESIGN WHEN I WAS TESTED COVID POSITIVE. The HR did not support neither atleast listen to me. 7) The customers that are parents and students are given a trauma even by managers just for a sale.
