It's really appreciated and great to work in this group as well there vision and mission and the strive continuous for improvement. Training session are too good, and safety policy are very clear and working style is strict no compromise on this front as well good paying to employees with all perks .it's a dream company to work

Believe in young employees no values to the employee who work from them since long.and no policy are updated for the employee who is working at ground level...

i havent come across so many self centered people at one place as in cairn india. spineless people at the helm and everybody busy saving their seats. no concern for employees.

there is nothing that could be liked about only suggestion is join only if you are unemployed and can't do anything of your own.

as I said nothing could be liked about it. No mentorship, no growth opportunity, no work-life balance, no promotion only for higher management you are labour for them. No job satisfaction, no fixed working hrs you would be working in shifts which is pathetic. From 6 in morning to 2 in noon or from 2 in noon to 10 in night and worst 10 in night to 6 in the morning.
