Very rigid office culture, working timings, no perks. They dont care about employees, they don't see you as people. They just want resources to work for them and thats about it. They are very clear about the heirarchy and they make that clear to you every single day. Third party employees are not even invited for office parties, let alone receiving merchandise. Thats how they treat people.

as I said nothing could be liked about it. No mentorship, no growth opportunity, no work-life balance, no promotion only for higher management you are labour for them. No job satisfaction, no fixed working hrs you would be working in shifts which is pathetic. From 6 in morning to 2 in noon or from 2 in noon to 10 in night and worst 10 in night to 6 in the morning.
