In vedanta senior managements are so flexible so I am exciting to work as like as my home. Here all employees arefriendly so it is a family.

We are working together in the shop floor that's why we can produced more production and our co- operation is stron g. I am very happy to work in vedanta limited. Hundred percent obviously secured. In vedanta career growth is much better. Our salary is now ok but it needs to be high because I have 9 years experience in this plant. Here every one is getting chance for new training session as per schedule....Read More

Work Details

I am exciting to work in vedanta as a deputy shift in charge in rodding shop of carbon plant. I have to look after the total rodding production in my shift and also safety.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
