The company is highly unprofessional and the management is very pathetic and useless. The company is the biggest lala company. Please do not join this organization. Brief Disadvantages : The MD of the company does not care about anything except for his profit. Production area is totally unsafe with no safety and half of there equipment are not maintained properly. Even after this MD asks why there is delay in production and why the quality is not up to mark. Isn't it obvious that all the important equipment which are required are either dead or not efficient enough and he deducts production department salaries for failed batch, Yes the situation is such pathetic. The salary structure is too poor and the work load is very high there will be no peace left if you joined here. Travelling bus is provided but once it goes for repairing no one knows when will it come back so travel by your own without any allowances. Breakfast is provided which is okayish. VEDANT is only for those people who are: Fresher and need to get some experience max to max 1 year not more than that. People who are in dire need of a job to pay there bills and have no option , but look for a job side by side. People who are useless and don't want to do much and are shameless about getting yelled from MD.
