The company is not open to innovation at all, it dont need skilled , experienced and certified engineers, rather it hiers nln technical persons ,more than requirements, and suddenly terminate when no or less work. Not following its own employee policies. Terrible experence with this company..

Vedang is among the worst companies, who just treat their employees like their sleeves, They just need everyday output only, no matter what the front situation is....... Off course this could be good ethics for the company, but if you don't know the emergencies of ground level employee, you never become good employer..... no hike , no increment even after 3 years of working, no respect for field employee,like they are just the machine worker, managers are not at all manageable...... etc etc...1 STAR is enough for behaving with the employee ......Read More

I was in field... i was drive test engineer.. but i usually do all the extra works for my cordinators, after this everytime support, they behave likes we the field engineers are nothing except their sleeves......
