There is no job security, they can fire anyone at anytime without any notice, ther is no work life balance , already the shift timings is 10 hours but you can't logout even after your shift time, you have extended daily min 1 hour to Max 3 hour to complete all the pending works. Think twice before you make any disition to work there.

2 years bond. Not achievable targets. Have to hear offensive words from the manager daily even girls. Worst management. No respect on employees. Dont join for money paid by them. You will lose your self respect.
