Hello guy's I'm talking about only Vectus Jammu plant. Only one thing is good here job security. Because expect 2 to 3 people no one are educated and skilled so basically they (HR & GM) are run the company like dictator for example there are no chairs for Lower level employees (Below HOD). 😂 They pressurized you in unreasonable things because they are coming for time pass only. Almost everything, one of the bad decision in my carrier to join vectus jammu plant. HR policies are maybe good form HO but here jammu HR totally useless fellow. You can not ask anything (ie. Salary slip, leave balance etc) from him otherwise he started politics against you. Each and every employee in vectus jammu plant are frustrated and tortured from these two Dictator (HR & GM).
