There were less restrictions on employees earlier, good work life personal life balance, good levrage to take own decisions where required.

Dislikes

Management has changed recently and it is least botherd to look into employee problems, dictetor approach like Lala Companies, employees are not treated well, there is lot of favorism and no transparancy from local management. They are good to cover up their goof ups but don't give equal opportunity for growth. Very disheartened and quititing a company which I thought was good initially.

Work life pace is also ok. Especially my profile is consists of ongoing activities, but company says things which they don't live up to. That's worst.
