Oh my god don't know where to begin with- Nothing to be learned all reasearch and development work will be done by vendor. Nothing to learn you will only learn how to work with thousands of complaints in mind and still laugh about it.

In terms of women’s empowerment its wasn’t good at all office gossip and loss gossip is all over in plant. No support for women harassment when it cames to office gossip.

Office gossip, no strictly addressing if of point if camplaint raised Transfer due to complaint i have raised for posh

Organised structure, good policies regarding travel, boarding and lodging. Upper management job is quite good.

Dislikes

Too much power and decision making with the regional and area level management. No work life balance, blame games, safe games, No trainings for new learners. HRBP is very less engaged to employees.

Job security is excellent, you wouldn't loose your job unless and until do any wrong practice. interaction between senior and junior is great.

No any decided/written Standard guideline for work, every thing is based on person memory. almost all work is man based, not process based. unnecessary complexity created in work. and management didn't willing to resolve it.

Just salary on 1st of month. That's the only good part. If you don't know work and no knowledge of vehicles you are dealing you can do great here. Just have to give ego massage

They keep their service manager on offroll and on joining they say it will be on roll job in 3 months. Always on politics and no authority to service manager considering they run the workshop for the company. HRs don't respond to your mails or calls and reporting managers are inexperienced having no knowledge of the vehicles they are selling and servicing. Always and daily office politics. It was phenomenal while working in VECV at Dewas Plant . All colleagues were cooperative and works as a team , Managers were supportive towards their team members.

Nothing which I dislike about VECV. Overall it has great impact in my career.

It's a beautiful company to work with and can retire. I worked in Sales & Marketing division and I truly enjoyed by 9 years tenure

Dislikes

Promotion is mainly given to employees working in head office, sales team & other front end teams. Apart from sales and service people working in regional offices was given less importance. Sales and Plant is the best place to work if anybody is looking for longer career with promotions.
