I like its principle of giving equal respect to every employee either he will belong to white collor or blue collor. To improvement of skills of employees, company arrange trainings time to time.

Dislikes

Due to some persons, the atmosphere of company is going to bad day by day. In other words, if company something do for their employees, but the other people of Department disturb that process for letting them to great. The work pressure is also too high. You cannot give your opinions against the customer even if you are right.
