In this company overall work culture is good but sometimes management not supported in very cases by way over work culture is and our company policy is good for onroll employ not for off roll employ,since 4 years serving as a executive but not growth till now please do needful for me.

The company is new technology and my starting carrier is Eicher Motors 2005. 3 time working at eicher. Last working September month 2017(coco) LMD products 1000 series to 3000 series. New technology good quality. Next gestation truck.customer is very happy,but sum sperparts availability problem. It's my personal experience. I love the VE COMMERCIAL VEHICLES LTD.

Working proses is bad. Customer is unhappy because our manegment cotment is vary bad.its a very important part of company.

My work is challenge as I have to look after entire products marketing fild work .fild work is vary Tuf. I am joining at coco march 18 th.strating job 2017 No browser,no price list no booking from Etc.....t.a bill, sallary no time own my hand.
