After 3 year working as a full time job , but still company not promotions my post, and that's the not genuinely right . I am daily working 9 to 10 hr in field at mining location and provide service to customer and try to on road vehicle as soon as possible. Company need to be improve this type of issue.

Just salary on 1st of month. That's the only good part. If you don't know work and no knowledge of vehicles you are dealing you can do great here. Just have to give ego massage

They keep their service manager on offroll and on joining they say it will be on roll job in 3 months. Always on politics and no authority to service manager considering they run the workshop for the company. HRs don't respond to your mails or calls and reporting managers are inexperienced having no knowledge of the vehicles they are selling and servicing. Always and daily office politics.
