Worst company to work with they will fool you in the name of volvo but culture is even worst than eicher and especially in eicher engineering component. They will promote a lots of values but no value exist. No one listen to people very unprofessional unorganized work environment. First a fall it is good platform for learning at field and you face new challenges and that's a good for development.

After 3 year working as a full time job , but still company not promotions my post, and that's the not genuinely right . I am daily working 9 to 10 hr in field at mining location and provide service to customer and try to on road vehicle as soon as possible. Company need to be improve this type of issue.
