Company have good learning scope and if you are lucky will get a good mentor. Work culture of company is like government offices Job security is good

If you are an off role employee don't wait for company to make you on role on your performance basis because it is not going to happen Company focuses on onroll employees only Appraisal for offroles are very low Work life balance is very bad, you have to be available 24*7 anyhow even on leaves. Internal politics is very much destructive
