You have freedom of using latest technologies on your project. Company culture is quite good. There are no hierarchy. Job security is good. No hire and fire here.

Dislikes

Slowness in all implementation. Be it bonus, be it hike, be it promotion, etc. We need to wait quite a long time to get it processed. Something operation and account team could improve on this. Work life balance is myth here, expectations are quite high. It's nice if you are entry level professional and single. Afterwards it's hectic to manage. No training programs are conducted for experienced professionals....Read More

Work Details

I started from minimal responsibilities and got no official KT. But eventually I got to learn business basics by learning & reading. Learned to connect the dots and now I am able to perform multiple roles at the same time and as well as I provided KT too.

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
