Mindset, if your manager have some perspective you can never change that so richer are getting richer poor are getting poorer. So some get awesome WFH without applying and other have been told to work from office only. Current Managers are those freshers who joined and become Manager in 5 years, They attend every meetings and who don't do any things just plan for Cricket events. Other deserving candidates for promotions have left the company. They have only 10-20% staff who are with company from last 5-8 years rest entire staff is less them 1 2 year in the company.
