Literally everything, since I joined vcare they are pressuring us to complete the target, they are squeezing us like bottle. They will not respect your qualifications. When you get into vcare you are not doctor, you are just a sales man.

Poor people management skills, Extended working hours with no benefits, Have to beg for a week off, No job security, Relieving documents will not be given, No pay slips, Impractical targets and if not achieved seniors will use bad language and will keep you stand for hours or wait for lunch.

Extremely poor. They humiliate people in front of others in all teams if daily target is not achieved. They fire people easily without even notifying. Payslips will not be provided even if asked similarly no relieving documents will be given.

I'm Skin Consultant doctor who has worked here,the service provided is unethical n pts r made a fool by asking them to pay d double cost of Rx which isn't worth .The worst part being even the Drs r not been paid regularly n not treated with respect .this is main reason y Drs keep changing frequently n clients face inconvenience. Themanagement take so much amt from clients but neither provide gud trtmnt to clients nor are the Drs n staffs paid. A So called Central Manager who came to blore doesn't know the ethics how to behave to female Drs n therapists, All he can do is bluff that he's been recruited by influence by management and to irritate d clients n Drs,many of my clients hv complaint same to me. I would clearly advice not to fall into this trap of taking any Rx from here and importantly if ur looking for gud career plz don't choose this since u LL treated less like a Dr without respect and treated as a sales marketing person......Read More
