The company founder and promoters are extremely good human being. Accounts team, CS team, Construction team (Karnataka) very well equipped.

The dislikes are below team wise. HR Team - There is no HR background and no proper co-ordination with other teams. Lot of partiality and without value addition decision making points were taken in empolyees welfare activities like Salary appraisal, bonus and other activities. Head of the HR team is un-professional decision maker. Admin Team - The admin head and in charger are not fit to admin work and they are not from the background from admin team. They were behaved very harsh with there internal team and mis communicated with there own team as well as mis-guiding. Sales, CRM & Marketing - Very poor knowledge and misleading the company for his own benefits.
