They make false commitment to the employee. If they have hired you for any location say Mumbai, they will give you joining on site & will say that you have to go to the site for 1 week only. After spending 3 weeks on site you will ask them to relocate to the original location Mumbai (as per your offer letter). Vasu Chemical team will deny to position you for Mumbai location.
