But if you get even a minute late due to any circumstances, the incompetent HR will mark it as a half day, but won’t provide any concession when you're forced to work after 7 PM daily because the boss arrives at the office right at 6:50, sharing some pointless stories and wasting your time. So, no overtime compensation. 4. **Promotion/Appraisal:** Straightforward answer: if you’re a girl with good looks and want to always flatter the owner, you’ll get an appraisal. If you ask for any condiments like curd or anything, they’ll complain directly to the lady boss of the organization. If you’re a boy, you’ll share a room with two others.
