Everything ok , growing company and also helps to grow personaly . Owners support extremely for that no dought but all RM have attitude of customer credit and payment terms. RM doesnt even know the profit they earn and ask for discount but brand team fights unternally and principle to get gp but at time of Incentive brand team only gets nothing and RM gets losts of margin/ incentive

I joined Vashi Integrated Solutions in July, and so far, my experience has been excellent. It’s a great company for gaining hands-on experience and learning new skills. The work environment is collaborative, and the team is supportive. If you are sales-minded and motivated by incentives, this company is an excellent fit for you.

increment is not proper. They give good offers in starting but change the policy every time. And there is a lot of politics here because if you have to work here for more than 20 years then the chances of promotion are very less.
