I DO NOT SEE ANYTHING POSITIVE WITH THE ORGANISATION. THEY DO NOT PAY YOU AS PROMISED. YOUR INCENTIVES, EXTRA LEAVES ARE CUT AND YOU ARE NOT COMPENSATED FOR IT. EVEN AFTER GIVING 1 MONTH PRIOR NOTICE , 2 MONTH PAY WAS NOT GIVEN AND THERE WAS NOONE TO EVEN TALK TO , SO CALLED CORPORATE OFFICE DOES NOT RESPOND.

NO ONE IS RESPONSIBLE AT THE MANAGEMENT LEVEL. THERE IS NO ONE WHO COULD GIVE US SOLUTION TO THE DAY TO DAY PROBLEMS. IT WAS LIKE THEY WANTED US ALL TO LEAVE AND WHO SO EVER WAS STAYING WAS BECAUSE OF COMPULSION

Vasan is not a growth oriented company any more. Most of the branches have been closed down. Company didn't pay PF for 2 years.

Never pay salary on time. PF was not deposited in the PF account by Vasan for 2yrs.

It's environment is too good, our HR & GM boths were good, I'm satisfied to work here, if the hospital again continue its previous record then I again want to join it.I thankful to me that I got a chance to work here, and if the hospital running like previously then I join it.

When I leave this hospital this time our center head is too bad, at first when we join here the center of asansol branch is too good atmosphere, but last time we don't get it.many staff are not perfect for their, my last time of job the recruitment are not good.
