People sitting in top management act quite Sketchy all the time as if they own the corporation themself, a lot of times one can be simply asked to leave the company due to personal favour to someone else, no professional ethics at all. I have seen a lot of zero face value person literally making big bucks while on the other hand a genuine hard work smart guy being removed in a very unpleasant unofficial fashion. In Varun Beverage there is so much to learn as it is fast growing FMCG company so there is always a place to learn something new.

Dislikes

The policies and procedures of Varun Beverages are not so good. There is no work life balance and no activity is conducted in varun beverage related to skill development and here 6 days working is there. Also Here HRs are just watchdog not doing anything just watching and enjoying in every plant.

It's just been 1 month here. I like the environment, I'm from IT team business applications and I've experienced that the work load is not that much, weekends are completely off and there's a chill environment. You can learn new things. You can get some wfh also.

Politics in department Tel lagana boss ko Backbiting others behind their back No one will back u up if u are a new learner or trainee. Everyone is doing their work but not actually, just Manpower is doing. People get jealous of u ,if u are better than them in any way.
