There is nothing positive about the company. They are hiring BMLT, DMLT folks to tick the box of doing business legally. How? Let me explain that, they can't hire someone who is not trained to draw blood else legal action could be taken against them. In other words, they are spoiling the career of people who are skilled workers and putting them at work where collecting money from patients in cash and then depositing it in their accounts. So continuing with what is not good about this company, please read the below points for your consideration. 1. They have head HR who doesn't know how to behave, she shouts, yells, show her anger, use foul language on people during the evaluation process which is just after the training got over. 2. Clinic manager is not an employee of meddo so the person would not get any benefit such as PF, Gratuity, Term Insurance, Health Insurance etc 3. You would literally get a feeling of working in a Baniya ki dukaan where you have to keep cash from patients and then deposit in meddo's account. 4. Job is not secure at all, you could be asked to leave any day. 5. They don't give salary on time. 6. No support from Meddo HR and other contacts at all. 7.
