The worst place to work in . Production manager uses curse while talking to you as you’re not from Assam. You’ll not be getting any weekly off because for your manager people of Assam will be his first priority . Very racist work environment . No work life balance as you’re an outsider . You shouldn’t expect any help as your managerwill be rooting against you. It's just been 1 month here. I like the environment, I'm from IT team business applications and I've experienced that the work load is not that much, weekends are completely off and there's a chill environment. You can learn new things. You can get some wfh also.
