Only thing is our boss is senior manager is coparative but no one care about the difficulty start from low level to high, And other good thing does not exist here

Dislikes

Third party pay, No appraisal, incentive, staff is very poor, poor office conditions, no promotions, Don't care about employees, no pick and drop, Worst management and system, not any other benefits only epfo and esic is their but HR department does Listening employees problem and requirements. Every department head just want here to harassed you no one care about the ground level difficulties and you will be the reason for same if work not happen...Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
