All HODs working at R&D are very supportive, highly qualified and having thorough knowledge in their area. Company business is good. Local HR is very supportive and try to implement new initiatives which are beneficial for employees and business. Great learning opportunities to develop technical skills.

Dislikes

It's good company but employees have fear of job loss as this is owner based company. Need to upgrade policies and increase welfare benefits. Work on improving company culture. Program management put unnecessary pressure on junior engineers.

What work we are doing. What is purpose doesn't have. 80-90% business is Bajaj. What bajaj will tell we will do with out questions. If it's wrong manager and management will ask why are you done. No job security any time they can remove you as a name of manpower reduction.

For on campus freshers the salary is good.

Apart from salary everything else is pretty bad. You get put into any departments at any location at random. Doesn't matter your specialization, you'll be put into departments that are not at all relevant to you. On top of that you will be into a completely different department after one year that has no relation with the first one.So now, in your resume, you have one year experience in one field and another year experience in a completely different field and your bachelor's specialization is in a completely different field....Read More
