For on campus freshers the salary is good.

Apart from salary everything else is pretty bad. You get put into any departments at any location at random. Doesn't matter your specialization, you'll be put into departments that are not at all relevant to you. On top of that you will be into a completely different department after one year that has no relation with the first one.So now, in your resume, you have one year experience in one field and another year experience in a completely different field and your bachelor's specialization is in a completely different field....Read More

The workload is overwhelming, with long working hours from 9 AM to 11 PM, leading to high stress and no work-life balance. Despite hard work, appreciation is nonexistent. *Job security is a major concern—you never know when you might receive a termination letter.*
