No job security. Highly mental torcher. No time limit for work. Mental harassment from top management, specially from corporate HR team. No yearly increment as per your performance. No facility as per other organisations. No Diwali sweets, no bonus, no gifts. No c/off for your extra duty hours.

You work hard but other peoples takes credits of your work. Reporting method is fully wrong. Example- executive have to report to his under level engineer.
