1. No politics or grouping. 2. Extra facilities other than CTC. 3. We can change team as per opportunities.

Dislikes

1. So many legacy applications to work with. Maintenance work is more. 2. Feedback given about manager will not be considered or implemented. 3. They hire employees with top skills and give them maintenance work. It is not true about some exceptional projects (30 %). 4. We need to ask or demand for opportunities. Even you are capable for that opportunity no one will promote you automatically. 5. No onsite opportunities....Read More
