Only Job security, although you will have less salary and benefits and appraisals, but your job will be secured. Because of cheaper Labours.

Salary structure is very poor. When you will leave vardhman, you won't have any money. This is the harsh reality of vardhman Fabrics. As well as , only sychophants will get promotions. In vardhman, there is no value of Qualifications and work Experience, even the output you give does not consider at the time of appraisal.

Those are looking for career growth please don't join Vardhman, there is no scope for promotion, increment comparing to other departments. Site higher management is biased and there is lack of transparency. Leave policy and medi-claim need to change as per leading industries in market.
