The evaluation of the individual employees should be more objective than subjective. The strength & weakness of the individual on various traits while reviewing the performance apprisal should be evaluated by a competent team on the basis correct facts and figure than simple feedback of immediate superior.Career path for the employees ,more close to higher authority is easy.

By and large it is ok. As far as career growth point of view , it was initially good . Scope is there to do experiment. Got opportunity to get professional training with all renowned machine manufacturing company.
