Good for those who work for company but not for themselves(own future). Could be learnable for freshers only.

Dislikes

Management is not transparent (too much filtration). No Hierarchy for work (everything is Mixed up). No use of any normal software (everything is done manually-GS, Ms-Exl). Have to work on Sunday/Holiday without any compensation. Do not respect employees' work (treat emps like they are nothing). Demotivated staff due to many reasons. Salary deduction without notifying. Bad Culture.

Work culture is terrible in Varanga. They are not true to their words. Employees are not valued or respected. Mostly desk job. Doesn’t give you any kind of salary benefits, infact deduct salary in every aspect. Salaries are mostly delayed. They make you work extra time every day and doesn’t give any benefits. Worst company to work with.
