The Team in lower level is very much dedicated to their work and so much serious about there profession.

Dislikes

The top management is always in confusion they keep experimenting the things which mostly ends with the failure and unnesessary hustle over the operations. And once you enter as a Team memeber please forget that they are going to promote you or going to increase the salary. Work and life balance is poor .

Zero, the work and life balance is zero and if you are doing hard work even you will not get the compansasion for that.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

12 hours shifts are going on from March 2020 till date, and salary is also deducted we are working more with a less salary.

Work life is struggle, no leaves, salary cuts, no training, no team development, no training of equipment etc etc

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
