My overall experience is average in Van Oord India Pvt. Ltd. There is no job security in this company besides there is very less scope for increment even sometimes due to poor performance of company it didn't give bonus to its employees. Work load is too much, One person has multiple roles to perform. Junior Level employees get very less salary.

Dislikes

I am very disappointed with Job Security, Salary/Appraisal, Work load and Project Leave. Project Leave ratio is very low as compared to other companies.

Work Details

My role was as a Project Accountant, I had to look after Invoicing, Registering Invoice, Working of GST & TDS, preparing monthly leads, assist in Audit, timely payment to creditors, follow up with creditors for invoice & correction in invoice

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
