New Ideas are always welcome. Cool culture which someone can adapt easily. Point to point conversations.

Skill development - Excellent
Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Work pressure is high. Sometime managing work life balance was very tough.Overexpectations sometimes proves very dangerous for retaining good candidates as it diminishes "realme' thing of an employee. Compensation / variables are not up to the mark.
