Reporting Managers and higher management are heavily involved in managing personnel and interpersonal relationships. However, the company has several drawbacks. There is no scope for career growth, and salary hikes are insufficient. The promotion system seems biased, favoring individuals who excessively flatter and cater to the needs of managers and higher management. On the other hand, those who raise questions or concerns about managers and higher-ups often face repercussions, with attempts made to discredit them and hinder their career progress without proper salary increments or promotions. Nonetheless, the company can serve as a valuable platform for freshers to kickstart their careers and aspire for senior positions. Unfortunately, this may not hold true for existing senior employees, as their careers are susceptible to being undermined by both managers and higher management, resulting in a lack of promotions and salary growth.
