Dislikes

Communication gap between HR tag team and project managers which impacts in proper allocation of employee to the suitable role.

Work Details

It depends on project, in my first project I learnt a lot, gained a sound experience in 6 moths of span. But later after completion of that project, I was forced to join in another support project which where I had a horrible experience.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
