There is a culture in which real growth and improvement are suppressed because employees are hesitate to express their worries or provide helpful criticism. The ongoing worry about getting fired causes needless stress and decreases productivity

Its heartwarming how they bring new members to the dysfunctional family and fire them in anytime. Work cloture? Oh, its an acquired taste, like a fine poison. Getting fired on payday? such a thoughtful parting gift! FNF payments who needs those? Job security is overrated anyway, right?
