I really like my job here! The people are friendly and always willing to help.I'am always learning new things, and my teammates always support me in my work. Simrita Ma'am is also always there to help and support wherever required.Also, we celebrate small and big achievements which boost my strength to work even better.

The only thing I liked was what I like in every organisation, i.e. working honestly and giving my best. It was the same here, until I realised that these people do not keep their promises related to salaries and start demeaning you as soon as appraisal period arrives, and puts you under immeasurable pressure.

Literally everything, unprofessionalism, the unprofessional managers, the domination and extreme work pressure.

They need a-lot of improvement in every field as theirs always lacking and on top of that there is a very bad layoff system that they have adapted neither they pays salaries on time. Worst organisation

Pros: 1. Great team mates

Cons: 1. Micromanaging a lot : You have to send to do task to your manager and what you done and you have to update weekly task done sheet to HR. 2. Worst attitude by your manager even for small issues they will ask the reasons (Mistakes happens its not a big deal unless its not repetitive) 3. No job security if they like they will keep if not they will fire you with a stupid silly reasons. 4. The work culture here is good. Everyone is so supportive and encouraging. All the projects I get to work on are challenging and exciting, and they keep on enhancing my skillsets. Also, I have got a group of some good colleagues and Aman sir who is quite supportive , that develops more interest in doing work.
