The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. Work life balance is shattered, we have worked most of the weekends and late nights in last one year. Employees will not get the respect and value for the hard work but you will pushed to a corner if you get any escalation.
