I would like to give 0 rating ,They expect employees to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and all public holidays. There is no opportunity for technical growth, and you won't be able to learn new technologies. Long-term employees, who have been with the company for more than 8 years, are unable to move on to other jobs because they lack knowledge of newer technologies. As a result, they try to push out new joiners. The company hires people by giving misleading information about the job description and project flow, and no one explains the work process clearly. The pressure is immense, and if you don’t complete dozens of tasks in a week, you will be required to work on weekends, or you risk being fired.
